How does the "Sponsor a Horse" program work?
WindyHill Equine rescue and Rehoming is proud to offer the opportunity for individuals to connect, play and be a part of one of our rescue horse’s lives!
By sponsoring a horse you not only help to provide for the care and feeding for your sponsored horse, but you also have the opportunity to come and visit your horse and spend time with him or her.
YOU can make an impact on one (or more) of our horses!
You will not only enrich their lives, but your life will be enriched as well by the time and support given to your sponsored horse.
This program is available for most Windyhill Rescued Horses.
Whether they are sound or unsound, young or a senior, all our horses greatly benefit from individual attention, and having their “own” person!
The “Sponsor A Horse” adopter chooses his or her horse or horses and commits to supporting his or her sponsored horse for
$100 per month.
On the Horses Page on the website you can view the horses who are eligible for this program! There is no time frame and you can choose to “”Un” sponsor your horse whenever you like.
Once you choose your horse, you can set up appointments to come and visit and spend time with your sponsored horse.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who may not have a horse, but want to love and care for a horse and make an impact on their lives and happiness.
