Windy Hill Equine Rescue Donation Refund Policy

At Windy Hill Equine Rescue, we value our donors and appreciate your generous support in helping us rescue and care for horses in need. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we are happy to accommodate donation refund requests under the following policy.


1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
  • Only donations made through our official website or directly to Windy Hill Equine Rescue are eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.


2. How to Request a Refund

4. Non-Refundable Donations

  • Donations made after the 7-day period are non-refundable.
  • Donations made through third-party fundraising platforms may be subject to their refund policies.
  • If a donor receives a tangible benefit (e.g., merchandise, event tickets), refunds may not be available.


5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Donation Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
