KATIE is a big, quarter horse, sorrel mare, approximately 8 to 10 years old and was rescued from an Oklahoma kill lot in February 2021.

She was rescued along with Daisy. She was very sick and emaciated at the time of her rescue. She had lots of trust issues and was basically ferrel. She has come a long way and is learning to trust humans.

She was started with Ryan Rose and had one month of training. She waiting her turn to continue with her education and then hopefully will be adopted. 

 She is available for adoption only with the stipulation that she continues her training with one of the natural trainers that works with WindyHill.
